Job summary

Empire Automation Sdn Bhd in Selangor, Malaysia is looking for a motivated Technical Engineer to join our growing team. You will be involved in the design, installation, integration, testing and troubleshooting of integrated security solutions for various projects.

The role covers providing technical support for CCTV, Access Control, ELV and related systems, conducting site surveys, configuring and commissioning recordings, and coordinating with clients and vendors to deliver complete security

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT or related field.
• Experience in CCTV, Access Control, ELV, networking or security systems is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of networking, system integration and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience dealing directly with clients is an added advantage.
• Must possess own transport.
• Willing to travel outstation and overseas when required.
• Position is based in Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems and Integrated Security Solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and assist with system design and technical requirements.
• Install, configure, test and commission security systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and system-related issues.
• Assist in integrating different security systems to deliver complete solutions.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors and clients to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and system configurations.
• Provide user training and technical support to clients when required.
