Qualifications

• Supervise security personnel and oversee deployment to sites to ensure adequate staffing.
• Monitor attendance, performance and discipline per SOPs.
• Coordinate with management, operations teams and clients on security matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all log books and site records are updated and submitted on time.
• Oversee incident management and ensure proper reporting.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with management and clients on security matters.
• Maintain client relationships with regular updates on operations and incidents.
• Prepare and submit duty rosters and weekly timesheets.
• Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with standards and safety.
• Handle administrative tasks including equipment requests and HQ coordination.
• Train and guide security personnel to ensure high performance.
• Provide welfare and scheduling support.
• Respond to and manage operational issues promptly.
