We are seeking a results-driven Security Site Supervisor to manage security sites to our residential or commercial business in KL & Selangor, Malaysia.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security officers to ensure effective site coverage and compliance with company policies.
Monitor access control procedures, including visitor management, employee entry, and vehicle inspections.
Ensure all security personnel are properly deployed, punctual, and performing their duties professionally.
Manage shift schedules and arrange manpower coverage when required.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and customer concerns, taking appropriate action and escalating when necessary.
Investigate incidents, document findings, and prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports.
Liaise with clients, management, law enforcement, emergency services, and other stakeholders on security matters.
Maintain records of attendance, incident logs, equipment inventories, and other operational documentation.
Ensure security equipment is functional and report maintenance requirements promptly.
Support inspections and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance security operations.
Diploma or Degree in Business or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years experience in supervisor role. (preferred)
English and Bahasa Melayu required; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and managing sites.
