Job summary

GUARDWELL SECURITY SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking a responsible Site Supervisor & Patrolling Officer (Security Operations) to oversee daily security operations at assigned project sites in Malaysia. You will supervise security personnel, conduct site patrols and monitor security systems to ensure compliance with SOPs and client requirements.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory security experience, strong leadership and reporting abilities, and readiness to handle emergencies calmly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in security.
• Strong leadership, discipline and communication skills.
• Good observation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to prepare clear and accurate reports.
• Able to handle emergency and high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physically fit and able to walk or stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily security operations at assigned project sites.
• Ensure proper deployment of security personnel and sufficient manpower coverage at all times.
• Prepare duty rosters and coordinate shift arrangements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure guards comply with SOPs, uniform standards, discipline and work procedures.
• Supervise security patrols and ensure all assigned areas are properly monitored.
• Conduct regular patrols across assigned areas to identify and prevent potential security threats.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance, alarm systems and other security equipment.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms and emergency situations.
• Maintain and verify duty logs, patrol logs, daily reports and incident reports.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate instructions to security personnel.
