Responsibilities

• Setting and implementing Operations Department policies and procedures in accordance with company's policy.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations overall Security Department, controlling supervisors and guards.
• Responsible to the recruitment and power planning of security personnel as required for the Company.
• Conduct vetting and background checks before employment and that no illegal is employed.
• Enforcement of discipline for all controlling supervisors, guards, operation officer and patrolling officer with speculated.
• Reports all incidents and security matter Board of the Company.
• Training of employment internal/external in line with organization/department needs.
• Conduct security audit quarterly to all regions branches and submit report to Managing Director.
• Liaise and coordinate with the department and client on related security matter.
• Liaison with government department and clients on related security matter.
• Assist and advise all region/branch Manager/Officer when given new on coordination new assignment.
• Assist in coordinating the region/branches budgeted sales as targeted and review the achievement every quarter.
• Assist in resolving company's vehicle maintenance or other relevant matters involving vehicle.
• Assist on any matters pertaining company's firearms and ammunitions.
• Consolidate the preparation of reports as are deemed necessary to carry out functions of department. Fully responsible to prepare periodic reports to top management, as necessary or requested.
• Ensure submission of Operations Report on weekly and monthly.
• Ensure proper invoices and collection of project payments.
• Oversee that the Security License is smoothly renewed.
• Ensuring the Carry and Use License application is applied accordingly.
• Develop marketing strategy for both static and armed guards.
• To effectively attend to complaints from client to avoid to credit note.
• Assist in planning and improving the quality of security services provided to customers.
• To establish and maintain a close rapport with the clients.
• Assist General Manager in managing matter related to new projects
• To carry out other duties assigned by Managing Director/ Director/ Group Manager/ General Manager.
• To abide and comply with company's standing order and any instruction, memorandum that may be issued from time to time pertinent to your duties and responsibilities.
• Relevant experience mainly in operation is required.
