Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Security Site Supervisor to manage security sites for residential or commercial properties in KL & Selangor. You will supervise security officers, coordinate shifts, monitor access control, respond to incidents, investigate findings, and liaise with clients, management, law enforcement, and emergency services to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in supervisor role.
• English and Bahasa Melayu required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily security officer activities to ensure site coverage.
• Monitor access control procedures, including visitor management, employee entry, and vehicle inspections.
• Ensure security personnel are deployed, punctual, and performing duties professionally.
• Manage shift schedules and arrange manpower coverage when required.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and customer concerns.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and prepare incident and daily activity reports.
• Liaise with clients, management, law enforcement, emergency services, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain attendance logs, incident records, equipment inventories, and other documentation.
• Ensure security equipment is functional and report maintenance needs.
• Support inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
