Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in security operations or operational management.
• Experience in manpower deployment, site operations, guard supervision.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Malaysian security, safety laws and occupational health.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, verbal and written.
• Budgeting, manpower costing and operational reporting knowledge.
• Computer literacy and MS Office proficiency for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and delivery of security services.
• Monitor security personnel deployment, attendance, manpower requirements and replacements.
• Supervise and review the Operations team's performance to ensure duties are carried out.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify deployment, attendance, discipline and service standards.
• Coordinate with HR & Admin on recruitment and manpower needs.
• Lead discussions with clients for new contracts and renewals, including scope and staffing.
• Address client complaints, incidents and operational issues with timely investigation.
• Ensure personnel comply with company procedures and client site instructions.
• Provide management with updates on manpower, deployments, inspections and incidents.
