Job summary

Aset Kayamas Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations, supervise personnel, and implement robust security measures for our facilities in Malaysia.

The role includes coordinating security teams, monitoring CCTV, responding to incidents, and developing security procedures to ensure compliance with safety protocols. You will liaise with management and operations staff to safeguard people and assets.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising security personnel.
• Ability to schedule and assign tasks to security staff.
• Experience providing training and daily briefings to a team.
• Familiarity with CCTV monitoring and security systems.
• Ability to respond to incidents and emergencies effectively.
• Knowledge of security planning and procedure development.
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security personnel, including scheduling and task assignment.
• Provide training and daily briefings; monitor performance.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved parameters.
• Ensure safety and security of people and property; monitor CCTV and security systems.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; conduct regular patrols.
• Develop and implement security plans and procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports and updates for management; liaise with customers, operations managers, and security officers.
• May manage access control systems and other security technologies; participate in investigations as needed.
