Job summary

SWACK SECURITY SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking an Operations Executive based in Seremban to oversee daily security operations within assigned posts, ensure timely replacement of guards, and enforce disciplinary actions where needed. The role requires regular client-site visits and on-site inspections to ensure guards are on duty and performing responsively.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Security or related field, possesses own transport and basic computer skills, and has no criminal record.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with valid driving license.
• Diploma required; applicants with 1–2 years security background welcome.
• Must have own transport and basic computer knowledge.
• No criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitor the Security Officers at the respective posts, in their zone.
• Deploy replacement guards to site, immediately, or within an hour should there be any absenteeism.
• Shall be very firm when it involves a disciplinary issue regarding the Base / Site Supervisors or any security guard/s.
• Shall also visit the client’s site regularly to ensure that the Security Officers are on duty, and responsible.
• Do site visit and conduct a site inspection.
• Prepare daily observation report.
