Job summary

Sunway Velocity Hotel Kuala Lumpur seeks a security professional to maintain safety and order across the property. You will adhere to SOPs, monitor access control, and respond to incidents with discretion and care.

The role requires 2+ years in hotel or building security, knowledge of CCTV and fire panels, and strong communication skills. 5-day work week, health coverage, meal provided, uniform, and opportunities for promotion are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel security or building security is required.
• Familiarity with fire panels, access control, and CCTV systems.

• Having full understanding and comprehension of the Security Standing Order Procedures (SOP) define in the Quality Service Standard (QSS).
• Ensure KPI's targets are achieved.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Requirements:

• Previous work experience in the police force or armed forces would be an advantage.
• At least two years’ experience in hotel security or in building security.
• Fair knowledge of fire panel, card key access system and CCTV.
• Able to communicate effectively
