Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Security Operations Coordinator to plan and manage deployment of security guards/officers across client sites in Kuala Lumpur. You will supervise daily operations, handle scheduling, welfare, training, and incident reporting, ensuring compliance with SOP and DAHR procedures.

The role emphasizes strong client communication, records maintenance, and proactive staffing and incident handling. Experience in security operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage deployment of Security Guards/Officers to assigned sites, ensuring adequate staffing and timely replacements.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of security personnel in compliance with SOP.
• Ensure accurate and timely attendance recording per DAHR procedures.
• Supervise daily operations and resolve scheduling, welfare, training, and operational issues.
• Maintain log books, reports, and site records; submit for verification on time.
• Oversee incident management with prompt response and proper reporting.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports per standards.
• Coordinate with management, operations teams, and clients on security matters.
• Maintain client relationships with regular updates on operations and incidents.
• Prepare and submit operational reports, duty rosters, and weekly timesheets.

Plan and manage deployment of Security Guards/Officers (SG/SO) to assigned sites, ensuring adequate staffing and timely replacements when required. Supervise daily operations and promptly resolve personnel issues including scheduling, welfare, training, and operational matters. Coordinate and communicate effectively with management, operations teams, and clients on all security-related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage deployment of Security Guards/Officers to assigned sites, ensuring adequate staffing and timely replacements when required
• Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of security personnel in compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Ensure accurate and timely attendance recording in accordance with Daily Attendance Hourly Reporting (DAHR) procedures
• Supervise daily operations and promptly resolve personnel issues including scheduling, welfare, training, and operational matters
• Ensure all log books, reports, and site records are properly maintained, updated, and submitted for verification within required timelines
• Oversee incident management by ensuring prompt response, proper handling, and full compliance with reporting procedures
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports, ensuring all documentation meets required standards and is submitted accordingly
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with management, operations teams, and clients on all security-related matters
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and timely updates on operations and incidents
• Prepare and submit operational reports, duty rosters, and weekly timesheets to management

About you

• Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency
• Train, guide, and support security personnel to ensure effective performance and adherence to company standards
