Private Advertiser in Malaysia is hiring a Korean-speaking Content Moderator to review and moderate online content for an international platform. You will assess user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing Korean content in text, images, videos, and profiles, applying moderation guidelines, escalating complex cases, and maintaining quality and productivity.

About you

Native or near-native Korean language proficiency.

Strong Korean reading and comprehension skills.

Comfortable working with online platforms and digital content.

Previous experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, BPO, customer service, or social media operations is an advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong Korean language skills are welcome.

Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.

Willing to work on-site in Malaysia.
