Mutiara Security Services Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru is seeking a commercially driven, hands-on Branch Manager to lead and grow our Johor Bahru operations.

You will oversee branch performance, client relationships, and regulatory compliance while reporting to senior management. The role requires 5 years of management experience in security or service industries, strong business development and contract negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in security, facilities, or service industries.
• Strong track record in business development, contract negotiation, and team management.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong knowledge of the Johor market.
• Valid driving license and own transport; willingness to respond to urgent off-hour incidents.

Responsibilities

• Execute business development strategies and expand the branch pipeline in Johor.
• Mobilize security assignments and manage daily operations, staffing, and equipment.
• Maintain strong client relationships to boost retention and respond to incidents.
• Submit operational reports to Head Office; ensure compliance and governance.
