Genting Berhad is offering an internship in its Corporate Communications team in Malaysia. You will assist in preparing statutory documents, support internal and external communications, and help maintain statutory records. The role provides exposure to a conglomerate with international operations, deadlines-driven work, and the chance to learn from senior professionals. 5-day week; RM1,500 internship allowance; accessible by Monorail & MRT.
Assist in preparing basic statutory documents and forms
Support communication with internal teams and external parties
Assist to maintain and update statutory records.
Assist in preparing meeting materials for general meetings, Board and Board Committee meetings to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act, Constitutions, Listing Requirements and Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, where relevant.
Assist team members by collecting information, doing basic research, or preparing simple summaries for assignments or projects.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Corporate Communication or equivalent.
Has basic understanding with the Companies Act 2016, Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, etc.
Able to meet deadlines, willing to work under pressure and ensure group's compliance with the relevant laws or regulations.
Strong command of English (oral and written). Fluency in other language is an added advantage.
Internship Allowance RM 1,500 will be provided.
