Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized Corporate Services Assistant in Malaysia to support incorporation documents, maintain client and statutory records, and draft basic resolutions and forms. The role involves monitoring deadlines and assisting with online filings to regulatory authorities.
You will manage document administration, organize corporate records, and perform other administrative duties as required to support the corporate secretarial team across Malaysia
Assist in the preparation of company incorporation documents and incorporation checklists.
Organize and maintain client information, statutory registers, and company records.
Support the drafting of basic resolutions, statutory forms, and related corporate documents.
Monitor compliance deadlines, including Annual Returns, Financial Statement submissions, and AGMs.
Assist with online filings and submissions to regulatory authorities such as SSM.
Manage document administration by verifying, filing, scanning, organizing, and retrieving corporate records.
Other administrative tasks.
