Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams across local and global MPL networks and involves stakeholder engagement and strategic pricing development. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project logistics, strong analytical skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project logistics experience including tender management.
• Strong ability to analyze RFI/RFQ documents and craft compliant responses.
• Proven pricing strategies and value proposition development.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams across regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFI/RFQ/Bid responses ensuring technical, commercial, and operational alignment.
• Review terms to identify risks and negotiate favorable clauses.
• Manage bid timelines with proactive planning and tracking.
• Develop innovative, cost-effective bid solutions to improve win rates.
• Collaborate with Growth Enablement, Procurement, QHSE, and Operations.
• Engage in customer presentations and contract negotiations when needed.
