Job summary

PU Prime is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager – SEA to drive growth across Southeast Asia. You will identify new markets, build strategic partnerships, and coach Country Managers to develop strong local teams.

You will partner with the Regional Head to expand market presence from entry to becoming a leading CFD broker in the region, while collaborating with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Compliance to execute localized initiatives.

Qualifications

• Seven-plus years in business development within CFD/FinTech/online trading sectors is preferred.
• Experience launching and expanding new markets in SEA.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and manage Country Managers and high‑performing teams.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional BD strategies aligned with PU Prime's growth objectives.
• Drive client acquisition, deposits, and trading volume across Southeast Asia.
• Identify, recruit, and manage IBs, Money Managers, KOLs, and strategic partners.
• Lead market entry and expansion initiatives with cross‑functional teams.
• Coach Country Managers on leadership, compliance, and performance.
