Job summary

AvaTrade is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our presence in South East Asia. The role focuses on building Introducing Broker networks, forming strategic partnerships, and driving client acquisition across FX, commodities, and indices.

You will develop a robust pipeline, engage key partners and educators, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth in SEA while consistently meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs) across South East Asia.
• Build and maintain relationships with local KOLs, influencers, trading communities, educators.
• Signal providers, EA providers, money managers, and other strategic partners.
• Drive new business acquisition and grow active trading accounts, deposits, volumes.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients, IBs, and partners.
• Expand AvaTrade’s SEA market share by leveraging networks and partnerships.
• Present tailored proposals based on partner and client needs.
• Educate clients and partners on financial markets, trading products, risk management.
• Educate on opportunities across FX, commodities, and indices.
• Support partners with onboarding and guidance on AvaTrade’s systems and products.
• Track sales activities, client interactions, partner performance, using CRM tools.
• Monitor SEA Forex & CFD market and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Retention, and Product to support SEA growth.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
