Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR/People Operations experience with regional leadership across SEA.
• Experience in multinational, matrixed environments and across diverse markets.
• Proven capability in talent management, leadership development and succession planning.
• Demonstrated change management and organizational transformation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and sophisticated communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership to SEA, translating priorities into people initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce transformation and capability building.
• Lead talent management, succession planning and leadership development programs.
• Oversee employee and industrial relations, ensuring compliant, fair outcomes.
• Drive workforce planning, governance, and regional HR standards across markets.
