PRecious Communications is seeking a hands-on Regional HR Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations and day-to-day HR operations across six Southeast Asian markets, including Malaysia. Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of HR experience in a generalist or operations role.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in payroll coordination, HR operations and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment practices; familiarity with Singapore requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment across multiple markets and functions.
• Coordinate regional payroll across six markets with local providers.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts and HR documentation.
• Maintain HRIS data, regional workforce information and compliance.
• Support employee relations, performance management and HR processes.
