Job summary

LUXASIA is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to support the regional digital marketing team across Southeast Asia. You will manage performance campaigns on platforms like Meta, marketplaces, and brand websites, focusing on setup, optimization, and reporting to deliver high-performing results.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce, familiarity with SEA markets, and strong knowledge of Meta, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, plus an affinity for automation

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or performance media.
Experience mentoring a digital marketing team.
Exposure to campaigns across multiple SEA markets.
Strong working knowledge of Meta, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
Good understanding of Google Ads, CRM and analytics is an advantage.
Strong creative judgment across awareness, engagement and conversion content.
Comfortable with automation, AI tools and new digital solutions.
Commercially minded, detail-oriented, curious and solution-driven.

Responsibilities

Manage paid media across Meta, marketplaces and brand websites.
Guide the team on campaign planning, execution, optimization and reporting.
Support digital marketing activities across multiple SEA markets.
Work with commercial, ecommerce, brand and creative teams to achieve campaign objectives.
Review creative content and recommend the right approach for different platforms and objectives.
Improve team efficiency through automation, AI and emerging marketing solutions.
Identify issues early and recommend practical solutions.
Explore new ideas and continuously improve existing ways of working.
