Alchemy Markets is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our Introducing Brokers (IBs) network in Malaysia and across Asia. You will onboard partners, manage relationships, and promote trading platforms, liquidity, and partnership benefits.

Ideal candidates have FX/CFD partnership experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to work independently in a hybrid schedule. Travel for meetings and events is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, or IB sales in FX/CFD.
• English proficiency is required; Malay/Mandarin/Tamil a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and grow Introducing Brokers (IBs) in Malaysia and APAC.
• Build and manage your own IB network and book of business.
• Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with IB partners.
