Job summary

Global Strategic Partners in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to translate complex business processes into clear system solutions. You will lead requirements workshops, map client needs to processes, and document designs, test plans, and results.

Strong English communication is essential; Mandarin language ability is a plus. You will collaborate with technical teams, perform unit testing, support UAT, and propose process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements (whenever needed).
• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Perform unit testing on all processes and assist with system integration and user acceptance testing.
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports for high-priority issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between business functions and the technical team.
• Work self-directed and independently; may mentor team members.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
