Job summary

Fixaire Service in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies and drive high-performing teams. You will coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery.

You will coach the team to become self-managing, collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog grooming and goal setting, and shield the team from interruptions to maintain velocity and morale.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Strong people skills to resolve conflicts and talk with leaders.
• Often require credentials like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
