Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead Agile software delivery and drive high-performing engineering teams. Hybrid work model with office days on Monday and Tuesday.

The role focuses on steering Agile ceremonies, sprint execution, and release coordination across product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver scalable software solutions with AI-assisted reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Release Manager
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum, SDLC, Jira, and software release management
• Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD concepts, Docker, and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive sprint execution by removing blockers, managing dependencies, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate software releases with Product Managers, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Monitor Agile delivery metrics such as Velocity, Sprint Burndown, Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Throughput.
• Maintain Jira boards, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Support release readiness, testing, deployment planning, and rollback strategies.
• Leverage AI tools to improve project documentation, meeting notes, and delivery reporting.
