Job summary

OSOME is seeking a part-time IT intern in Kuala Lumpur to provide Level 1 support for hardware and software, manage Google Workspace issues, and assist with MDM migration. You'll help onboard/offboard users, configure devices, and maintain IT documentation.

You'll also assist with knowledge migration and AI enablement activities, contributing to process improvements and asset management. This is a hands-on role with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, CS, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT support, Google Workspace, MDM, Windows/macOS, and networking.
• Strong interest in endpoint management, cloud technologies, and AI tools.
• Good communication, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, Google Workspace, and general IT requests.
• Prepare, configure, enroll, and troubleshoot laptops and mobile devices.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup, device provisioning, and asset management.
• Support the MDM migration by coordinating user communications, device enrollment, testing, and documentation.
• Assist with knowledge migration by organizing content, creating pages, validating migrated information, and managing information.
• Support AI enablement initiatives by preparing training materials, documenting best practices, and assisting with AI workshops.
• Maintain IT knowledge base articles, SOPs, and internal documentation.
• Perform inventory management, hardware audits, and general office IT support.
