Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an SAP SD Consultant to work on configuration, customization, and integration across SAP and non-SAP systems within Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance. You will participate in end-to-end SAP SD implementations and collaborate with management and stakeholders on enhancements, support, and new projects.

Ideal candidates have 5 years in SAP SD, with a Diploma/Associate Degree, and familiarity with end-to-end Sales & Marketing processes; regional/global exposure is a

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SAP SD experience in implementation or support
• Experience in end-to-end SAP SD projects is preferred
• Good understanding of Sales & Marketing processes
• Exposure to regional/global SAP SD projects is a plus
• Familiarity with cross-module and cross-system integration

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and integrate SAP SD with other systems (SC, logistics, finance)
• Participate in full cycle SAP SD implementations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enhancements, support, or new implementations
• Work with SAP and non-SAP teams to resolve cross-module issues
• Assist in requirements gathering, documentation, UAT, and post‑go-live support

You will be working with other functional & technical consultant, business analyst, project manager, business proces owner & others on a daily support role of SAP SD. You will also be given the opportunity to embark with end to end implementation project (if any) alongside with approved vendor.

about the job

• To work on SAP SD configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP & non SAP systems (etc Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance systems) while ensuring alignment with business needs.
• To be involved in full cycle end to end SAP SD implementation projects.
• To work closely with higher management, team members and other stakeholders on any enhancement, support or implementation projects on SAP SD.
• To work together with other SAP functional teams and non-SAP teams to resolve cross-module and cross-system issues.
• To assist in requirements gathering, functional documentation, solutions design, functional configuration, UAT, Post Project Support and other related work within support / project environments of the SAP SD.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization for SAP SD.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement best practices.

about requirements

• Someone who has at least 5 years of experience in SAP SD within implementation project and/or support (L2/L3) is an added but not compulsory.
• Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis is an added but not compulsary.
• Someone with experience on regional / global role is an added but not compulsary.
• Those with exposure on either one of these submodules within SAP SD ; sales order management / pricing / billing / customer master data / sales reporting is added advantage but not compulsary.
• Someone with a good understanding of end-to-end Sales & Marketing processes.
• Those with exposure in any process manufacturing industry is an added but not compulsary.
