Job summary

Roche is seeking an Intern for the Integrated Support Team in Malaysia. You will maintain and support daily operations by applying wide process knowledge, serving as the first point of contact for internal customers regarding the SAP S4/Hana ERP system, and collaborating with second-level support to ensure timely service delivery.

As an intern you will provide timely support via hotline, tickets, and chat, stay curious and eager to learn, and work with a global Roche team to deliver

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing ongoing university studies.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin; Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
• Customer-oriented mindset, creative, enthusiastic, proactive, and open to taking on new tasks.
• Organised, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
• Strong team player with ability to work in a virtual, multi-cultural global team.
• Eager to learn and develop, open to further career opportunities within Roche.
• Experience from a shared service environment or customer service is advantageous (not strictly required).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support and high-level customer service to internal users regarding the SAP S/4Hana ERP system.
• Act as the entry-level first point of contact for end users, delivering end-to-end support in alignment with our global framework.
• Provide comprehensive end-user support via hotline, ticketing, and chat to ensure business continuity.
• Stay curious and collaborative, working with cross-functional teams to navigate daily challenges.
