Job summary

UST Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support SAP S/4HANA deployment across Warehouse, Inventory Control, Finished Goods, and Material Management. You will coordinate testing, readiness, issue management, and deployment activities with business owners, SMEs, IT teams and implementation partners.

The role drives SIT/UAT, testing schedules, dashboards, risk management, and business adoption to ensure Atlas deployment success within the Inventory organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation or project coordination experience.
• Experience in supply chain, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end SAP S/4HANA testing activities (SIT, UAT, regression, validation).
• Develop and maintain integrated testing schedules, trackers, defect logs, readiness plans.
• Drive testing governance meetings and follow-up actions.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Partner with SMEs, process owners, IT teams, and partners to ensure execution.
• Prepare management updates and project status reports.
• Support cutover, deployment readiness, and training coordination.
• Develop dashboards to improve visibility of progress and readiness.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support the implementation of project (SAP S/4HANA) across Warehouse, Inventory Control, Finished Goods, and Material Management operations.

This role will act as the central coordinator for business testing, readiness, issue management, and deployment activities, working closely with business process owners, SMEs, IT teams, and implementation partners. The successful candidate will drive testing execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and business adoption to ensure successful deployment of Atlas.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong project coordination, ERP implementation, and supply chain process experience who thrive in fast-paced transformation environments. The role is intended to support the Atlas testing program across the entire Inventory organization. [

Key Responsibilities

Program & Testing Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end SAP S/4HANA testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and business validation.
• Develop and maintain integrated testing schedules, action trackers, defect logs, and readiness plans.
• Drive testing governance meetings and follow-up actions.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and escalation issues as required.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business SMEs, process owners, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional testing activities across multiple business workstreams.
• Prepare management updates, executive summaries, and project status reports.

Business Readiness & Deployment

• Support cutover planning, deployment readiness, training coordination, and hyper care activities.
• Ensure business requirements are adequately validated and documented.
• Coordinate process documentation, SOP updates, and sign-off activities.
• Support digitalization and process improvement initiatives associated with Atlas deployment.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of project progress and operational readiness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve business adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
• ERP implementation projects
• Program or project coordination
• Supply chain, warehouse, or inventory operations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting UAT, SIT, or business testing programs.
