Job summary

Icon Trans Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Specialist to join our Supply Chain and Inventory transformation team. You will coordinate testing, business readiness and deployment activities across warehouse, inventory, finished goods and material management domains.

The role focuses on end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT, regression), governance, cross-functional coordination with business SMEs, IT teams and implementation partners, and delivering process improvements during the SAP

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems or related field.
Minimum 5 years in ERP implementation projects or program coordination.
Experience in supply chain, warehouse or inventory operations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end SAP S/4HANA testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing and business validation.
Develop and maintain testing schedules, action trackers, defect logs and readiness plans.
Monitor testing progress, identify risks and follow up on actions.
Coordinate testing governance meetings and ensure timely follow-up.
Work with Business SMEs, Process Owners, IT teams and implementation partners.
Prepare management updates, executive summaries and project status reports.
Support cutover planning, deployment readiness, training coordination and hypercare.
Ensure business requirements are validated and documented; update SOPs.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve adoption.
