Job summary

Net2Source Inc. is seeking an SAP ECC HCM Payroll Analyst for hybrid work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The role requires strong SAP ECC Payroll knowledge and proven business analysis experience, with hands-on payroll work across multiple countries and robust testing coordination. You will serve as the single point of contact for payroll issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and support payroll-related integrations while delivering country-specific payroll activities and regular status updates in

Qualifications

• Strong SAP ECC Payroll knowledge with BA experience.
• 3–4 payroll implementation projects completed.
• Hands-on payroll experience in at least two countries (Philippines, South Korea, Singapore).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently develop test scenarios, test scripts & validation documents.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting payroll-related integrations.
• Act as SPOC for payroll-related issues, including issue analysis, resolution coordination and vendor management.
• Experience supporting testing teams with strong payroll process expertise.
• Ability to independently manage country-specific payroll activities and provide regular status updates.
• Experience presenting progress updates in country and global status meetings.
• Strong understanding of Time Management & Payroll Integration processes.

Position: SAP ECC HCM Payroll Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC Payroll with proven Business Analyst experience


• Minimum 3–4 successful end-to-end Payroll Implementation projects


• Hands-on payroll experience in at least 2 countries from the following: Philippines | South Korea | Singapore


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to independently develop test scenarios, test scripts & validation documents


• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting payroll-related integrations
