Job summary

Pride Global is hiring a SAP ECC HCM Payroll Analyst for a hybrid role based in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. The candidate will lead end-to-end payroll projects, support regional payroll activities across multiple countries, and act as the SPOC for payroll-related issues.

Ideal applicants have hands-on payroll experience in the Philippines, Singapore, or South Korea, strong SAP ECC Payroll knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC Payroll.
• Minimum 3–4 end-to-end payroll implementation projects completed.
• Hands-on payroll experience in two or more of the following countries: Philippines, Singapore, South Korea.
• Ability to independently develop test scenarios, test scripts, and validation documents.
• Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting payroll-related integrations.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for payroll issues, including issue analysis and vendor management.
• Ability to independently manage country-specific payroll activities and report to the Global Payroll Product Owner.
• Experience presenting regular progress updates in country and global status meetings.
• Strong understanding of Time Management and Payroll Integration processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

1. Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC Payroll, with proven experience in a Business Analyst role.
2. Minimum 3-4 successful end-to-end payroll implementation projects completed.
3. Hands-on payroll experience in at least two of the following countries:

• Philippines
• South Korea
• Singapore

2. Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting payroll-related integrations.
