Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks an SAP ECC HCM Payroll Analyst with strong BA background to drive end-to-end payroll implementations across multiple countries. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage payroll integrations, and serve as the single point of contact for payroll issues.

The role requires hands-on payroll experience in at least two countries, excellent communication, and the ability to develop test scenarios and validation documents, while supporting testing teams and country-specific

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC Payroll with proven Business Analyst experience.
• Minimum 3–4 successful end-to-end Payroll Implementation projects.
• Hands-on payroll experience in at least 2 countries: Philippines | South Korea | Singapore.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently develop test scenarios, test scripts & validation documents.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting payroll-related integrations.
• Ability to act as SPOC for payroll-related issues, including issue analysis, resolution coordination and vendor management.
• Experience supporting testing teams with strong payroll process expertise.
• Ability to independently manage country-specific payroll activities and provide regular status updates.
• Experience presenting progress updates in country and global status meetings.
• Strong understanding of Time Management & Payroll Integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll project workstreams across SAP ECC Payroll.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on payroll integrations.
• Act as SPOC for payroll issues and vendor coordination.
• Develop test scenarios and validation documents.
• Provide status updates in country and global meetings.
• Support testing teams with payroll process knowledge.

Position: SAP ECC HCM Payroll Analyst

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC Payroll with proven Business Analyst experience
• Minimum 3–4 successful end-to-end Payroll Implementation projects
