Job summary

Accord Innovations seeks an experienced SAP AMS Program Manager to lead end-to-end SAP AMS delivery, application development, and project portfolios within a major enterprise environment.

You will own program governance, service delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, and continuous improvement, while guiding transformation initiatives and SAP practice development.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT/SAP experience with SAP AMS/Managed Services
• Proven SAP Program Management and Delivery Management experience
• Experience managing on-site and offshore SAP teams
• Strong client-facing experience with senior IT/business stakeholders
• Experience with program governance, SLA/KPI management, risk management, escalations
• Strong knowledge of SOW, scope, contract changes, and commercial management
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA and transformation initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP AMS, application development, and project portfolios
• Ensure SAP workstreams meet scope, timelines, budget, quality, and SLAs
• Establish program governance, reporting, dashboards, and reviews
• Act as senior contact for IT, business, and executive stakeholders
• Conduct regular service reviews and governance meetings
• Manage delivery per SOW and contractual commitments
• Identify program risks, dependencies and delivery challenges
• Lead onsite and offshore SAP functional/technical teams
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP transformation initiatives
• Contribute to SAP practice development and capability-building

We are looking for an experienced SAP AMS Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP Application Management Services (AMS), application development, and project portfolios for a major enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program governance, service delivery, client and stakeholder management, scope and contract management, risk management, people leadership, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP AMS, application development, and project portfolios
• Ensure all SAP workstreams are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality, and service levels
• Establish and maintain effective program governance, reporting, dashboards, and review mechanisms
• Act as a senior point of contact for IT, business, and executive stakeholders
• Conduct regular service reviews, governance meetings, and program updates
• Manage delivery in accordance with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) and contractual commitments
• Proactively identify program risks, dependencies, and potential delivery challenges
• Lead and manage onsite and offshore SAP functional and technical teams
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP transformation and modernization initiatives
• Contribute to SAP practice development and capability-building initiatives

About you

• 12+ years of overall IT/SAP experience, with significant experience in SAP AMS / Managed Services
• Proven experience in SAP Program Management, Delivery Management, Service Delivery, or Engagement Management
• Experience managing onsite and offshore SAP teams
• Strong client-facing experience with senior IT and business stakeholders
• Experience with program governance, SLA/KPI management, risk management, and escalations
• Strong understanding of SOW, scope, contract, change request, and commercial management
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP transformation initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
