Job summary

Westernacher Consulting GmbH is expanding in Malaysia and seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead end‑to‑end SAP AMS project delivery across cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders. The role requires deep SAP expertise, governance discipline, and strong client leadership.

You will drive service improvements, manage incidents, and oversee service transition activities while ensuring contract adherence and performance targets.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in project delivery.
• Experience delivering SAP AMS services within defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Solid ITIL-based governance, incident, problem, change and release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery with cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Ensure AMS adherence to SLA, KPI, and service reporting requirements.
• Manage major incidents and drive timely resolutions for business-critical issues.
• Prepare service reviews, governance forums, and customer jour fixes.
• Oversee service transitions from projects to AMS and ensure knowledge transfer.
