Job summary

Slade Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst to act as the key link between business stakeholders and a mature Salesforce delivery team. You will work across complex business processes, translating operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while driving platform adoption, consistency and data quality across the organisation.

• Coordinating UAT, sandbox testing and regression testing.
• Building complex reports, dashboards and custom report types.
• Assessing new Salesforce functionality and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst to act as the key link between business stakeholders and a mature Salesforce delivery team. You will work across complex business processes, helping translate operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while driving greater platform adoption, consistency and data quality across the organisation.

The Opportunity

This is a senior functional role combining business analysis, Salesforce configuration and stakeholder engagement.

• Leading discovery workshops with senior business stakeholders
• Mapping and improving complex end-to-end business processes
• Translating business requirements into clear user stories and functional requirements
• Challenging unnecessary customisation and promoting Salesforce best practice
• Designing declarative Salesforce solutions using Flow, validation rules, custom objects and security models
• Supporting data governance, validation and duplicate management
• Working closely with Salesforce developers, architects and project teams
• Defining testing strategies and acceptance criteria
• Coordinating UAT, sandbox testing and regression testing
• Building complex reports, dashboards and custom report types
• Assessing new Salesforce functionality and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes

About You

You will bring strong Salesforce functional experience within a complex enterprise environment and be confident engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.

Ideally, you will have experience across:

• Salesforce Functional Analysis / Business Analysis
• Salesforce Flow and declarative configuration
• Custom objects, validation rules and security models
• Business process mapping and requirements gathering
• Agile delivery and user stories
• UAT and functional testing
• Salesforce reporting and dashboards
• Data quality and governance
• Salesforce integrations and enterprise systems
• Managing competing stakeholder requirements

You will be comfortable operating between business and technology teams, explaining technical concepts in simple terms while ensuring solutions remain scalable and aligned with platform standards.

Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst certifications would be highly regarded.
