Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a senior Salesforce/CRM specialist to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple markets, translating commercial needs into scalable system solutions. You will work closely with regional managers to drive initiatives and ensure timely, high-impact outcomes.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear specifications while maintaining established processes and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, systems, or consulting with Salesforce focus.
• Hands-on Salesforce as power user/administrator.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and seniority levels.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for CRM or SaaS implementations.
• Experience facilitating structured requirements workshops with cross-functional participants.
• Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; familiarity with JIRA or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local markets and regional stakeholders to analyse processes, gather requirements, and facilitate structured discovery sessions.
• Own project delivery end-to-end—from scoping and requirements through configuration, testing, and deployment—within timelines.
• Conduct gap analyses and design Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business improvement and efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for implementation by technical teams.
• Represent the region in discussions with global counterparts, influencing roadmap direction and regional priorities.
• Manage and prioritise an active backlog of enhancements and issues.
• Act as an escalation point for system and process issues, driving resolution and accountability.
• Conduct user training and maintain documentation across multiple markets.
