Job summary

ABeam Consulting Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to drive revenue and project delivery, shaping end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. You will design architectures, govern projects with ITIL, and mentor the team to ensure timely, quality delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, deep Salesforce knowledge including Apex and LWC, and extensive project experience. Hybrid work arrangement and regular company events are offered.

Qualifications

• Certification or relevant working experience in Sales and Service Cloud.
• Minimum 12 years project experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team setting.
• Strong functional and technical understanding; Apex and LWC required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Salesforce business performance from revenue and delivery perspectives, driving pipeline and opportunities, overseeing project execution, and ensuring successful delivery.
• Design end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementation projects.
• Manage, govern and control projects with ITIL methodology.
• Business analysis and project management on end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements to implement Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Plan, track, and ensure key metrics meet project deadlines.
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Mentor Salesforce team members and share best practices.
