Taylor's Education Group in Malaysia is seeking a Salesforce CRM Specialist to manage day-to-day administration, development, and optimization of the Salesforce platform and its integrated systems. You will ensure stability, reliability, and high performance while supporting Marketing and Student Recruitment teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, automate workflows, improve data quality, and deliver reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Candidates with strong hands-on Salesforce experience and relevant certifications encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Administer Salesforce end-to-end with user access, objects, and flows within SLA.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce using Apex and Flow with testing and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions for stakeholders.
• Support campaign execution and lead/data flow in Salesforce.
• Design and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for decision making.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and connected platforms, monitor APIs.
• Coordinate UAT and deployment, document changes.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues to ensure stability.
• Identify improvements to CRM processes and automate where possible.
• Improve lead management and routing within Salesforce.
• Data cleansing and deduplication across Salesforce and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with governance and data privacy standards.
• Support automation and AI-enabled workflows in Salesforce.
