Job summary
Senheng Elite Setia Alam is seeking a Sales Assistant in Shah Alam to greet customers, assess their needs, and drive in-store sales with exceptional service. The role emphasizes proactive engagement and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
The position requires 6 months to 1 year in retail, strong Bahasa Malaysia and English communication, and the ability to host TikTok Live sessions. Base salary is RM1,700 with an attractive commission and staff discounts.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have full working rights for Malaysia.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail experience.
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to work 5 days per week with 2 rest days, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must have experience in TikTok Live sessions (company or personal experience acceptable).
- Passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in-store and assist customers with product choices.
- Host TikTok Live sessions to promote products and engage viewers.
- Assist in maintaining store standards and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive shopping experience.
