Job summary

Senheng Electric (KL) SDN BHD is hiring a Sales Assistant for Grand Senheng USJ Taipan. You will drive sales, welcome customers, and support live TikTok sessions to showcase products. The role requires strong communication in Malay and English, a friendly personality, and a minimum 6 months in retail.

Basic salary RM1,700 with an attractive commission scheme, plus staff discounts across Senheng and senQ outlets. 5 days per week with weekends and public holidays included.

Qualifications

• Have full working rights in Malaysia.
• Minimum education is SPM/SKM or related.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (Sales Assistant position).
• Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good personality and confidence in hosting TikTok Live sessions.
• Must have experience in TikTok Live sessions (company or personal experience is acceptable).
• Willing to work 5 days per week with 2 rest days.
• Willing to work on 1 shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Demonstrate a passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Preferably a candidate who is friendly, outgoing, confident and not shy.
• Only open to those who can work for long term.
