Job summary
Senheng Electric (KL) SDN BHD is seeking progressive and dedicated individuals to join our growing retail team in Malaysia. The role focuses on live TikTok sessions, in-store customer service and driving sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.
The position requires 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, strong Bahasa Malaysia and English communication, and a proactive, confident personality ready for weekend shifts and long-term employment.
Qualifications
- Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia.
- Minimum education is SPM/SKM or related.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (Sales Assistant position).
- Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage.
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good personality and confidence in hosting TikTok Live sessions.
- Must have experience in TikTok Live sessions (company or personal experience is acceptable).
- Willing to work 5 days per week with 2 rest days.
- Willing to work on 1 shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrate a passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- Preferably a candidate who is friendly, outgoing, confident and not shy.
- Only open to those who can work for long term.
Responsibilities
- Host TikTok Live sessions to engage customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in-store.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and upsell where possible.
