Job summary

Senheng is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant at Grand senQ Gurney Plaza in Penang. You will assist customers, share product knowledge and drive sales while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, communicates in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and can host TikTok Live sessions to promote products. Willing to work 5 days, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is SPM/SKM or related.
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (Sales Assistant position).
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Must have experience in TikTok Live sessions.
• Willing to work 5 days per week with 2 rest days.
• Willing to work on 1 shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at Senheng outlets and provide service.
• Maintain product knowledge and upsell with commission.
• Host TikTok Live sessions to engage customers.
