Job summary
Senheng Electric (KL) SDN BHD is hiring a Sales Assistant for Grand senQ Kompleks Karamunsing in Malaysia. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales through engaging in-store and social media efforts.
You must have 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and be comfortable hosting TikTok Live sessions. The position requires 5 days with 2 rest days and one shift, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia
- Minimum education is SPM/SKM or related
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (Sales Assistant position)
- Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good personality and confidence in hosting TikTok Live sessions
- Must have experience in TikTok Live sessions (company or personal experience is acceptable)
- Willing to work 5 days per week with 2 rest days
- Willing to work on 1 shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
- Demonstrate a passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service
- Preferably a candidate who is friendly, outgoing, confident and not shy
- Only open to those who can work for long term
