Job summary

Senheng Electric (KL) SDN BHD is hiring a Sales Assistant for Grand senQ Bintang Megamall in Malaysia. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling sales, and engaging with customers both in-store and online.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 months of retail experience, fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English, and a willingness to work a 5‑day week on a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays. A commission-based incentive is offered.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen or eligible to work in Malaysia.
• Minimum education is SPM/SKM or equivalent.
• 6–12 months retail experience in Sales or similar.
• Experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Experience hosting TikTok Live sessions is preferred.
• Willing to work 5 days per week, with 2 resting days.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Friendly, outgoing, confident and customer‑facing.
