Job summary

Grand Senheng Parit Buntar invites energetic individuals to join our sales team as a Sales Assistant. You will engage customers, promote electronics, and deliver friendly service at our Parit Buntar store.

Senheng Electric (KL) SDN BHD requires candidates with Malaysia working rights, SPM/SKM or equivalent, 6–12 months of retail experience, and ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English. You should be comfortable hosting TikTok Live sessions and willing to work a 5-day week, including weekends

Qualifications

• Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia.
• Minimum education is SPM/SKM or related.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (Sales Assistant position).
• Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good personality and confidence in hosting TikTok Live sessions.
• Must have experience in TikTok Live sessions (company or personal experience is acceptable).
• Willing to work 5 days per week with 2 rest days.
• Willing to work on 1 shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Demonstrate a passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Preferably a candidate who is friendly, outgoing, confident and not shy.
• Only open to those who can work for long term.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and promote products at Grand Senheng Parit Buntar.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Support store operations and merchandise presentation.
• Engage customers through TikTok Live sessions where applicable.
