Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to visit top outlets, drive volume and activation, and support merchandisers and CCRM teams across the Malacca region.

You will manage routes, position assets, execute promotions, and build strong trade relationships while ensuring timely reporting and policy compliance. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree-A level.
• 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG or related field.
• Effective communication skills and languages.
• Good supervisory and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

• Conduct regular market visits to top outlets and achieve daily sales targets.
• Hit volume goals by category/product and ensure timely payment collection.
• Drive activation standards in outlets and uphold execution excellence.

What You’ll Do

Conduct regular market visits to top outlets and ensure daily sales targets are met across assigned areas.

Achieve volume goals by category/product and maintain productivity standards, including timely payment collection.

Drive RED activation standards in outlets and foster a culture of excellence in execution.

Lead and support the Sales Merchandiser and CCRM teams, manage route planning, asset placement, and promotional activities.

Build strong customer relationships, ensure compliance with company policies, and submit timely reports for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree-A level.

Preferably 2-5 years’ experience relevant experience in FMCG or any other related field.

Effective communication skills and good proficiency in languages.

Good supervisory and coaching skills.

Strong customer collaboration skill and able to build effective relationships with trade.

Must be able to travel within the assigned region.
