What You'll Do
- Achieve sales, volume, and profitability targets for assigned key accounts.
- Be responsive and prompt in customer enquiry on new listing, PO and delivery status.
- Timely submission of monthly financial report and EM stock forecast to ensure customer payment on-time and minimize stock write-off.
- Attends promptly to any equipment request from customer and issue internal documents to complete the request. Follow up and follow through the request until completed.
- Be timely and prompt in all administrative task with ownership.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers/trade leaders and organizations & industry peers in order to create positive impact to company image and business goals.
- To analyze changing customer needs and market trends, understands how they affect the current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long term business performance.
- Conduct Annual Business Review/Joint Business Planning key customers.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of On-Premise Channel and Key Account Management.
- Monitors and maintains budget within scope.
- To control and manage DME funds allocated; To co-ordinate TOP to TOP management meeting with KAs, activate promotions and programs with customers.
What We're Looking For
- Ideally 2 - 5 years of Key Account (Foodservice) experience within FMCG companies.
- Demonstrated understanding of the local FMCG trade environment, including insights into shoppers and consumer trends.
- Proven ability to strategically analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and assess risks, with a track record of developing and implementing effective strategies and plans.
- Proficiency in independently managing consumer and trade promotions, from development to execution and evaluation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across functions and departments.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
