Job summary

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&N) in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support Executive to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth processes, accurate documentation, and timely customer communication.

You will prepare quotations, orders, invoices and contracts; maintain CRM data; coordinate with logistics, finance and operations; track sales performance; and assist with presentations and reports to boost sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales support, sales administration, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and sales operations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales orders, invoices, and contracts.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure order fulfilment.
• Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze sales data.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
• Support lead management, order processing, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
