Job summary

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&N) in Malaysia seeks an experienced professional to drive customer acquisition and sales for Food Services, managing key relationships and delivering growth across the region.

You will collaborate with Regions, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Technical teams, build relationships with chefs and foodservice managers, and analyze market trends to sharpen our competitive edge while delivering excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer acquisition, sales or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry dynamics.
• Good data analytics for budgeting and forecasting, driving growth.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Familiarity with CRM software (PowerBI) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within the channel nationwide using market research and data analytics.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients for consistent new business.
• Propose, manage and execute terms and conditions of Food Services and Business contracts.
• Collaborate with Regions, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Technical teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with chefs, restaurateurs, and foodservice managers.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase products/services.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout acquisition processes.
• Establish insights from industry influencers and promote offerings.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Provide recommendations to enhance product offerings and positioning.
• Monitor acquisition metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Manage order processing, forecast and account aging.
• Initiate, execute, and evaluate promotional initiatives within DME allocation.
